Use this form to record what actually happened during brewing, fermentation and packaging. Tasting notes and content photos can be recorded separately later.
These submissions are stored in Netlify Forms. They are not automatically published to the website yet. Review them in Netlify first, then copy approved production records into your future brewing batch notes data file if you want them displayed publicly.
